Refund Policy (Digital Products & Services)

At Webzaty, we provide digital products and professional services such as website development, SEO, and digital marketing. Due to the nature of digital work, our refund policy is outlined below.

1. General Policy

All sales of digital products and services are considered final once the work has started or the product has been delivered.

2. Services (Web Development, SEO, Marketing)

  • Advance Payments: Initial deposits or advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
  • Project Cancellation:
    • If the client cancels before work begins, a partial refund may be issued (excluding processing or consultation fees).
    • If the project is canceled after work has started, no refund will be provided for completed or ongoing work.
  • Milestone Payments: Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.

3. Digital Products (Templates, Files, Downloads)

  • Once a digital product is delivered or accessed, it is non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • If you face any issue with the product (e.g., corrupted file), we will provide a replacement.

4. Revisions & Satisfaction

We aim to ensure client satisfaction:

  • Revisions will be provided as per the agreed project scope.
  • Additional revisions or changes beyond scope may require extra charges.

5. No Refund Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of understanding of service scope
  • Delays caused by client (e.g., late feedback, missing content)
  • Services / products already delivered or executed

6. Exceptional Cases

In rare situations, partial refunds may be considered at our sole discretion, depending on the project status.
